greenfab HOMES is proud to offer 2 easy steps to make sure that designing a home with us is fast, easy and fun. We take all the stress and complexity out of designing your dream home to give you what you deserve – the home of your dreams.

STEP 1
Fill out a simple assessment questionnaire to help us custom design a plan to reflects your budget, needs and preferences.
Upon analysis of your assessment, a simple road map will be designed and forwarded to you for approval. This is the baseline of your project from start to finish, outlining time frames and costs.

STEP 2
Once a project plan is designed and approved, a contract is drawn and signed by both parties. A 30% deposit is required to start the process through our production facility. Once the design, production and packaging is complete, another 40% must be submitted prior to delivery. Final payment is due at the completion of the project.
